ALLSMiLES Inc. is a "one-stop-shop" media production company for aspiring musicians, artists, models and entertainers seeking increased internet exposure.

Internships Available:
1) RECORDING
Responsibilities:
- Assist producer/engineer in recording studio sessions
- Maintain/schedule recording artists for studio time
- Help organize digital library of session recordings
Criteria:
- Young energetic individuals in NYC area (preference for upper Mnhtn college students: Columbia U, City College, Fordham U, Hunter College, NYU, Fountainebleau Fine Arts & Music
- Major/minor in the arts
- Familiarity with music recording software (i.e. Protools)
- Familiarity with music production software (i.e. Reason, Fruity Loops, Protools, Qbase)
- Knowledge of Hip-Hop/R&B/Rap/Pop music genres and scenes
- Aspirations to learn about and work in the music industry
- Available during weekday evenings and some weekend evenings
Requirements:
- Mac/PC proficient
- Microsoft office proficient
- Great communication skills
- Professional Attitude
- Resourcefulness and flexibility
- Eagerness to contribute to a start-up company
2) VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY
Responsibilities:
- Assist professional Photographer/Videographer and team during photo/video shoots
- Assist in directing and facilitating photo/video shoots
- Manage/edit/organize post shoot photos/videos
- Maintain/schedule clients` photo/video shoots
- Accommodate and address client issues during photo/video shoots
- Opportunity to shoot as photographer if warranted
Criteria:
- College student in Upper Mnhtn area (preference for major/minor in the digital arts/photography)
- Familiarity with photography and photo/video shoots (candidates with own camera will be greatly considered)
- Familiarity with digital editing software (Adobe CS4, ie. Photoshop, Illustrator, Light Room, FinalCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc)
- Available 2-3 time a week
Requirements:

- Eagerness to make impression within start-up company
3) MEDIA & MARKETING (SNS upkeep)
- Periodic to daily updated of SNS activity on common platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Ustream, etc
- Continuous adding of friends and contacts on SNS platforms
- Collaboration with media director and other team members on building
online presence
- Writing/contributing to blog posts and reports news/concepts
- Collaborating on strategic marketing initiatives targeting local demographic
Criteria:
- Preference towards college students in NYC Upper Mnhtn area (Columbia
U, City College, NYU, Fordham U, Hunter College, NYIT, etc)
- Knowledgeable of hip hop/R&B/Rap/Pop music genres and scenes
- Highly active and familiar with SNS platforms and profiles
- Available 2-3 times week
